I don’t know about you, but these last few months have been SO busy for my family. If you’ve hung around my blog for any length of time you know that I make weekly meal plans and have for years. Having a one-month dinner meal plan calendar has been so helpful to me in planning out the rest of my meals and snacks, thus saving me time to do all the other things I need to do.
I can typically figure out which meals will leave leftovers for lunch and I can better forecast which Trim Healthy Mama fuel source I need for that day. It has also been saving me even more money at the grocery store! I know we all could use some savings right now. By having all my meals planned out I know what I’m going to need at the grocery store ahead of time, so if I see something on sale that I know I’ll need later in the month I snatch it up and add up the savings.
For November I’m again breaking down the dinners by week and link all the recipes/list the page numbers in the correct cookbooks. The three cookbooks I’ll being using are Trim Healthy Future, Trim Healthy Table and the Trim Healthy Mama Cookbook. I hope this resource is as helpful to you as it has been to me.

Thursday – Soups (I’ve been waiting for it to be cool enough and we finally made it!)

As always, a shopping list is included with these dinner meal plans. My goal is to make it as easy as possible for you and your family to stay on plan.
This meal plan covers five weeks. I find that it helps me to have five full weeks planned out, that way if I don’t get my meal plan done before the first of the month I have a couple of days of leeway in there.
***I have a family of 8 (one is a baby) so these meals all serve at least 7. Many of the meals leave leftovers even for my size family.***
